Alexander Knut Pascall is an Associate with Skadden’s Brussels offices and a member of the firm’s international competition and antitrust team. Alexander’s practice encompasses all aspects of EU and international competition law, with a particular focus on merger control. He advises clients on antitrust aspects of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Alexander has worked on numerous transactions requiring international antitrust merger control approvals both in Europe and on a worldwide basis, including E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company in its merger-of-equals with The Dow Chemical Company. Prior to joining Skadden, Alexander worked as a litigation Associate for a leading London based firm. During his time in London, Alexander worked on a range of complex commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on the financial, banking and commodities sectors. Alexander holds an LL.B. from the University of East Anglia (Norwich) and an LL.M. from the College of Europe (Bruges). He is admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and is also admitted to the Brussels bar (E-list).
