Ben Labow is Of Counsel in the antitrust practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice encompasses all aspects of antitrust law, including civil and criminal investigations, private litigation, merger clearance, and compliance counseling. Ben has extensive experience counseling clients across a number of industries, including computer software and hardware, financial services, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and transportation. Additionally, Ben has extensive government experience, having worked as a Deputy Attorney General in the Antitrust Section of the California Attorney General’s Office and as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. While in government service, he worked on a number of notable cases, including United States v. AT&T, Inc. (D.D.C. 2011), United States v. Oracle Corp. (N.D. Cal. 2004), and United States v. First Data Corp. (D.D.C. 2003).
