David Gelfand is a partner based in the Washington, D.C. office. He joined the firm in 1991 and became a partner in 1997. His practice focuses on a broad range of antitrust matters, including U.S. litigation, notifying mergers and acquisitions in the U.S. and other jurisdictions, and providing antitrust advice to clients regarding potential transactions and various business practices. Mr. Gelfand was previously resident in the firm’s Brussels office, from 2001 to 2004, where he handled matters before the European Commission and national competition authorities.
