Prof. Huang Yong is the Director of Competition Law Center at University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), and he now serves as the deputy head of advisory committee of Anti-Monopoly Commission (AMC) under State Council. Professor Huang played a key role in drafting and shaping China’s Anti-Monopoly Law through the process of making guidelines, regulations and interpretations of AML with NDRC, MOFCOM, SAIC and Supreme People’s Court. He is a member of Advisory Committee of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ). He has published many peer reviewed articles and several books on antitrust law and antitrust enforcement in China. In addition, Professor Huang is a delegate in the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, sitting in the Congress’ Financial and Economic Committee.
