Kelvin Kwok is Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Hong Kong and a practising barrister at Des Voeux Chambers. Specialising in competition/antitrust law and policy in his research, teaching and practice, he has been awarded a number of research and teaching awards and research grants. His professional experience encompasses dispute resolution, exemption/exclusion-related applications, and advisory/consultancy work (including pre-IPO opinion) in competition law. He currently serves as: editor of China Antitrust Law Journal and Hong Kong Law Journal, Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network, and member of Hong Kong Bar Association’s Special Committee on Competition Law, Hong Kong Consumer Council’s Competition Policy Committee, and Hong Kong Competition Association’s Executive Committee.
