Leigh Oliver’s practice is devoted to antitrust law, including counseling and litigation on a wide range of legal and policy issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and competitor collaborations under federal and state antitrust laws. Leigh has extensive experience working on government investigations into prospective and post-consummated mergers and acquisitions, coordinating all aspects of multi-jurisdictional merger reviews and investigations, and handling non-merger government investigations. Leigh represents clients from a variety of industries, including healthcare, life sciences, aerospace and defense, energy, and entertainment. In the healthcare and life sciences area, she has represented pharmaceutical and medical device companies, healthcare providers, including hospitals, physicians, and clinical laboratories, and other ancillary providers, before federal and state antitrust enforcement agencies. She is a Vice Chair of the ABA Antitrust Section’s Transportation and Energy Committee and former Vice Chair of the Health Care and Pharmaceuticals Committee.
