Martin Dajani is responsible for the airline’s legal affairs in the Americas as well as its antitrust and competition matters globally. Formerly a partner in DLA Piper’s Washington DC and Hong Kong offices, Martin has significant United States and cross-border regulatory, litigation and transactional experience. Specialties: Martin has appeared before the Department of Justice Antitrust Division, the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Communications Commission and state attorneys general. Mr. Dajani has also appeared before international competition agencies, including the European Commission Directorate General for Competition, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, the New Zealand Commerce Commission, the Korean Fair Trade Commission and the South African Competition Commission.
