Nicolo Zingales is a Lecturer at Sussex Law School, where he teaches antitrust, privacy and Internet law.He joined Sussex from Tilburg Law School, where he was Assistant Professor and where he maintains affiliations as research associate (with the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology and Society) and extramural fellow (with the Tilburg Law and Economics Center). He previously held research appointments at the law schools of the Fundação Getulio Vargas, the Graduate Institute of Geneva, New York University and Harvard University. He was also a Google Policy Fellow at Research ICT Africa, a consultant on Internet freedom for APC and CIPESA, and a trainee at the European Commission and the European Court of Justice. He holds a JD from the University of Bologna and a PhD in international law and economics from Bocconi University.
