Charles Webb is the Lead Antitrust Counsel for FedEx, where he is responsible for global antitrust compliance. Previously, Mr. Webb spent nearly five years at Walmart, during which time he was responsible for global antitrust compliance and served as Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer for the company’s UK subsidiary. Mr. Webb also is a former Partner at Baker Botts LLP and Executive Director of the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority in the Channel Islands. He formerly taught antitrust law at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Mr Webb is a 1998 graduate of The George Washington University Law School.
