Cunzhen Huang is an antitrust counsel with Cleary Gottlieb, based in Washington, D.C. She also has experience in enforcement and international trade law matters. Cunzhen joined the firm in January 2009 and rejoined in January 2013. In addition to Washington, D.C., she has been resident in the firm’s Brussels and London offices. Prior to joining Cleary, Cunzhen served an internship in DG Competition of the European Commission and worked in the competition law department of an international law firm in Brussels and London. Cunzhen has published articles on competition law, contributed to antitrust treatises, and worked with the ABA to provide comments to China’s antitrust agencies regarding draft rules under China’s Anti-Monopoly Law.
