Gianluca Faella is an associate professor at the Università degli studi Link Campus University of Rome, where he teaches competition and intellectual property law and public comparative law. He also serves as counsel at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where he specializes in the fields of competition law, economic regulation, state aids, intellectual property, EU law, contract law, commercial litigation and arbitration. Aside, he is also Adjunct professor of Competition and High-Tech Markets and of Law and Economics at the Luiss University of Rome.
