Mark Tricker is an antitrust and competition lawyer based in Norton Rose Fulbright’s London office. He advises on rules relating to distribution and other restrictive agreements, mergers and joint venture clearances, cartel investigations, rules applying to dominant/monopoly companies and EU and UK market investigations. Mark previously spent time in Brussels as the Head of Office. Mark is recognised for his competition law experience in Legal 500 and IFLR 1000, and has been described as “a world class competition partner” with ‘a deep understanding of the European Commission’s workings’, who is “excellent and very practical”, “flexible” and provides “a very high level of service”. Mark read jurisprudence at Oxford University (Lincoln College). He joined the practice in 1997 and was made a partner in 2008. He regularly appears at conferences and is a frequent media commentator on competition law issues.
