Peter Scott is a partner in the Antitrust, Competition and Regulatory team at Norton Rose, based in London. He specialises in all areas of contentious competition law work, including High Court litigation, arbitration cases and investigations by the competition authorities. Peter is a member of the Commercial Litigators Forum and the Law Society European Group. He is a solicitor advocate and obtained his higher rights of audience in 2002. By way of pro bono work, Peter works for the Free Representation Unit, having personally represented an employee in a successful claim for unfair dismissal and supervised more junior members of the team in other cases.
