Richard Pike is a partner with Constantine Cannon in London, in the firm’s Antitrust Litigation and Counselling Practice Group. His practice covers a broad range of litigation and counselling. He specialises in antitrust litigation and regulatory appeals, particularly in relation to telecommunications. Mr Pike has considerable experience before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Privy Council. His recent cases include damages claims against Visa and Mastercard and against participants in the trucks cartel. Mr. Pike is recommended in Chambers UK 2021, Chambers Europe 2021, Chambers Global 2021 and Who’s Who Legal: Competition 2021.
