Aleksandr B. Livshits is an associate in Fried Frank’s Antitrust and Competition Department, resident in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Livshits’ practice focuses on mergers and acquisition, including complex cross-border transactions, criminal and civil antitrust litigation, and antitrust compliance counseling. He has represented a variety of clients before the US Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission and has extensive experience in a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive, retail, media and high technology, among others. Mr. Livshits has written on various antitrust topics and drafted the chapter on antitrust considerations for the M&A treatise Takeover Defense: Mergers and Acquisitions.
