Desma Polydorou is Senior Corporate Counsel specializing in Antitrust at Pfizer. Among other responsibilities, she advises the company on antitrust issues in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; analyzes U.S. and non-U.S. merger control filing requirements; coordinates worldwide merger notifications; represents the company in government investigations; maintains and implements the company’s antitrust compliance programs worldwide; and counsels on antitrust issues raised by business conduct including monopolization, vertical restraints, information exchange, resale price maintenance, and price discrimination. Before joining Pfizer in 2015, Desma spent 10 years in private practice, 8 of which were focused exclusively on antitrust at Allen & Overy. She received her J.D. from Fordham University, School of Law and her B.A. from Yale University.
