Doug Tween is a partner in the New York and Washington offices of Linklaters and head of the firm’s U.S. Government Enforcement and Cartel group. He has tried numerous federal jury trials, and has conducted or managed investigations for clients in over 50 countries on six continents. He is a Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network, and former Chair of the American Bar Association’s Cartel & Criminal Practice and Compliance & Ethics Committees and member of the ABA’s International Cartel Task Force. Prior to private practice he spent 15 years as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division.
