Gabrielle Kohlmeier is Managing Associate General Counsel at Verizon. Gabrielle leads the legal team supporting Verizon Consumer Group’s omnichannel operations. In that role, she is a member of the leadership team and primary counsel for the organization on all legal matters, including consumer law, privacy, AI, regulatory, and legislative matters. Previously, Gabrielle led the company’s FTC and competition policy strategy, counseled consumer, business and media groups on all types of antitrust issues, created compliance programs, and represented the company before US and international competition agencies. Internally, she sits on Verizon’s Global PPLS D&I Council, and is part of the AI Policy cross-functional team. Externally, she is Councilmember of the ABA Antitrust Section, sits on several nonprofit boards, and leads an initiative focused on advancing inclusive tech policy. She volunteers with STEM programs for girls and leads numerous initiatives focused on advancing women and other underrepresented communities. Gabrielle is a frequent speaker and writer on, and relentlessly curious about, competition, technology, compliance, business, sustainability, and diversity issues.
