Joshua N. Holian is a partner in Latham & Watkins Litigation & Trial Department. Mr. Holian concentrates on federal and state antitrust and trade regulation issues. He represents clients across a range of industries in M&A transactions to secure the required antitrust clearances from US, European, and other antitrust regulatory authorities. He also counsels clients on distribution, resale, and pricing issues. In addition, Mr. Holian advises clients being investigated by the US Department of Justice (DOJ), the Federal Trade Commission and other antitrust regulators in matters involving allegations of price fixing, monopolistic practices, interlocking directorates, and other restraints of trade. Mr. Holian also represents clients in civil litigation and arbitration disputes alleging violations of state and federal antitrust laws, including claims of price fixing, market allocation, monopolization, price discrimination, below cost sales, and unfair competition.
