Kayvan Hazemi-Jebelli (Kay) is Competition & Regulatory Counsel to the Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA) based in Brussels, where he represents and advises the association on competition policy issues, and European regulatory policy matters. Kay came to CCIA in 2019 from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. He has over ten years’ experience as a competition lawyer in private practice, in the European Commission Directorate-General for Competition, in academia, and as Senior Legal Counsel at a leading UK media and communications company. Kay received his B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from UCLA, his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, and his LL.M. in Competition Law from King’s College London.
