Mr. Wang currently serves as one of the firm’s managing partners and leads the IP litigation practice, which has over 150 professionals. Mr. Wang practices across the industry spectrum and is known for his leading role in significant cases with cutting-edge issues in recent years, including multiple SEP/FRAND disputes against SEP superpowers including Nokia, Ericsson, Qualcomm, Interdigital, Huawei, and ZTE. His practice involves frontier issues including applications for anti-suit injunctive relief, handling the issue of exhaustion in SEP licensing schemes, and competition issues arising from seeking of remedies and asserting certain claims in IP licensing.
