Adam Cella is a Senior Special Counsel at .S. House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary. Before then, he worked as an attorney advisor to Commissioner Christine S. Wilson at the Federal Trade Commission. He was previously an associate in the antitrust group in Axinn’s Washington, DC office between 2016 and 2021. He received his JD from University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Associate Editor of the Journal of International Law. During law school, Adam Cella completed a litigation internship at the Mental Disability Advocacy Center in Budapest, Hungary. He received his BA, magna cum laude, in Economics and Political Science from The George Washington University.
