Alexander Kamp advises clients on EU, U.K. and international competition law aspects of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He has been involved in several high-profile and complex merger control cases requiring approvals in Europe and across the world. Mr. Kamp was previously seconded as principal case officer to the Phase 1 mergers team of the U.K. Competition and Markets Authority.
