Alexandra Aninoiu is a senior associate in the Antitrust & Competition practice of the London office of Mayer Brown. Her experience includes advising clients active in a wide range of sectors on the application of the UK and EU merger control rules, behavioural issues, State aid/subsidy control rules, internal risk assessments and investigations, and providing compliance training.
