Alyson Cox Yates is an associate in White & Case’s Washington, DC office and a member of the Firm’s Global Competition and Antitrust Group. Her practice concentrates on complex federal litigation in the areas of antitrust and class actions, at both the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining White & Case, Alyson served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eugene Siler, Jr. of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Thomas Varlan, of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
