Annalies Outhuijse is a lawyer at Stibbe in Amsterdam. She holds a PhD from the Department of Administrative Law at the University of Groningen. Her PhD research focused on the functioning of dispute settlement procedures and the public enforcement of the cartel prohibition in the Netherlands. She was also a visiting researcher at the European University Institute in Florence and a legal consultant at the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission.
