Ashley Rogers is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and practices in the Privacy, Cybersecurity and Consumer Protection practice group. Ms. Rogers’ practice focuses on a wide range of data privacy and consumer protection matters, with particular expertise in representing clients in the technology and internet industries in putative data privacy class actions and in government investigations. Ms. Rogers also counsels clients on a range of issues relating to data privacy and consumer protection laws.
