Barak Yarkoni is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Tel Aviv since 2021. He is also is a graduate, qualified and Ph.D. from the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law. Dr. Yarkoni served as a Visiting Researcher at the Harvard Law School (2012-2013), Berkeley University of California (2018), and at the Raymond Family Corporate Governance Chamber Ackerman at Bar-Ilan University (2019). Dr. Barak Yarkoni’s main research interests are corporate law and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and the economic analysis of law.
