Benjamin Steinberg Robins Kaplan


Ben Steinberg is an antitrust litigator who represents classes of individuals and businesses harmed by anticompetitive conduct like price fixing, illegal tying, and unlawful monopolization. Ben has served as a lead associate for plaintiffs in various groundbreaking and complex antitrust lawsuits, including In re Disposable Contact Lens Antitrust Litigation, where he represents consumers challenging a series of “minimum pricing” policies imposed by contact lens manufacturers, and In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, a civil action with partial settlements of $1 billion, stemming from one of the largest Department of Justice criminal investigations in US history. Ben also serves as a lead associate in In re Wells Fargo Collateral Protection Insurance Litigation, where he represents Wells Fargo auto loan customers who were allegedly charged for unnecessary and deceptive insurance fees.
