Clara Pang is a Senior Professional Support Lawyer (Corporate) in Linklaters’ New York office. She has experience advising on cross-border and domestic US transactions, including auctions, mergers, equity and asset sales, as well as on general corporate governance and securities matters. Her domestic and international practice spans a number of sectors, including financial services, energy and industrials & manufacturing. Clara also manages the technical legal training of the practice’s lawyers and clients and keeps the group apprised of the latest legal and market practice developments.
