Dr Darryl Biggar is the Special Economic Advisor (Regulatory) for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and the Australian Energy Regulator. His interests include the economic foundation of competition law, the theory of economic regulation, and the design of electricity markets. He previously worked for the Competition Division of the OECD. He has a PhD in Economics from Stanford.
