David Morris is partner at San Francisco office of Jones Day. He is a health care attorney focusing on complex transactions driven by health care payment reform. David advises clients regarding the development of clinically integrated networks (CINs) and accountable care organizations (ACOs); the negotiation of value-based payment and risk-based payment arrangements (e.g., shared savings, shared risk, pay-for-performance, bundled payment, capitation, and percent of premium arrangements); and participation in Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) demonstration programs (e.g., MSSP, BPCI, etc.).
