Édouard Bruc focuses primarily on antitrust and competition law, as well as related litigation. He is a dual-qualified Solicitor in England and Wales and Paris Bar Avocat à la Cour. Mr. Bruc represents clients in abuse of dominance and cartel proceedings before the European Commission, the CMA, as well as the EU and English courts (GC, ECJ, CAT, CoA). He also has experience in State aid, especially in tax ruling cases. He has a deep interest in unilateral conduct cases, class actions, intellectual property rights and due process issues in antitrust enforcement. His practice covers a broad range of industries, including pharmaceutical, transport, digital, telecommunications, electricity and gas, and financial services.
