Fraser is a Manager in Frontier’s competition practice with extensive experience of large-scale mergers and antitrust litigation. His merger work includes cases before the European Commission and the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority spanning a range of industries, including the telecoms, financial services, and transport sectors. His antitrust litigation work includes advising clients in relation to follow-on damages claims across Europe. Fraser has particular experience of cases before the Competition Appeal Tribunal in the UK, including individual and collective proceedings. He has also worked on abuse of dominance assessments, sector inquiries, and cartel investigations undertaken by the European Commission and national competition authorities.
