Geoffrey Parker is Professor of Engineering at Dartmouth College. He is also a Visiting Scholar and Fellow at the MIT Sloan School’s Initiative on the Digital Economy. In addition, Parker is a Fellow at the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Advanced Manufacturing where he leads studies of business model innovation. His work focuses on distributed innovation, digital transformation, technology policy, and the economics of information. He has made significant contributions to the field of network economics as co-developer of the theory of two-sided markets and the inverted firm.
