Harry Clarke is associate general counsel at Spotify for consumer and competition. His team supports Spotify’s global research and development from new product development to strategic technology transactions across all Spotify consumer platforms. He also leads Spotify’s global competition and antitrust team. Before joining Spotify, Harry worked at several technology companies, litigated at a New York law firm, and clerked in federal courts in Seattle and Miami. Mr. Clarke has a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, and an A.B. from Duke University.
