Henry de la Barre d’Erquelinnes is an associate with Jones Day based in the firm’s Brussels office. Henry advises clients on antitrust and competition law matters at the Belgian and EU levels. His practice focuses on merger control, cartels, abuse of dominance, and state aid. Henry also has experience in the telecom sector. He was among others involved in proceedings before the Belgian telecom regulator and in several matters concerning the EU Regulatory Framework for Electronic Communications and the EU Roaming Regulation.
