Katherine Kingsbury is a Corporate Professional Support Lawyer at Cooley, based in London. Up till July 2023, she was a special counsel in the Corporate Practice of Covington and a member of the firm’s Foreign Direct Investment Regulation team. Katherine regularly advises clients in relation to the UK National Security and Investment Act 2021 and strategies in respect of other FDI regulatory measures in the context of global and regional transactions.
