Katherine Kingsbury is a special counsel in the Corporate Practice of Covington, resident in the firm’s London office, and a member of the firm’s Foreign Direct Investment Regulation team. Katherine regularly advises clients in relation to the UK National Security and Investment Act 2021 and strategies in respect of other FDI regulatory measures in the context of global and regional transactions. Katherine has experience advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including joint ventures, private M&A, takeovers, other significant transactions for public companies, venture capital, restructurings, and general advisory work. She has over 143 years’ experience in corporate practice and a particular interest in UK corporate governance and transparency matters.
