Jean-Sébastien Borghetti is Professor of Private Law at the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas since 2009. He holds a PhD in private law focusing on product liability in comparative perspective. He is a Member of the European Union Expert Group on Liability and New Technologies (since 2018) and was previously a member of a working group at the French Ministry of Justice on contract law reform from 2009 to 2010.
