Dr. Carvajal specializes in the application of statistics, econometrics, and microeconomic theory to complex problems in antitrust, competition, media and telecommunications, finance, and intellectual property. He has conducted large-scale analyses, assisted clients, and supported experts in a variety of energy and environment, intellectual property, and antitrust and competition litigation matters. Dr. Carvajal has extensive experience conducting economic impact studies and white papers on matters pertaining to economic and industrial policy in technology markets. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Carvajal obtained his Ph.D. in economics from Boston University, where he taught courses on the principles of microeconomics, as well as on public sector, labor, and empirical economics.
