Julián Peña is a Partner and Head of the Antitrust Department at Allende & Brea and a professor at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (law and economics). Between 1996 and 2004 he was an advisor to the Ministry of Economy, having advised different Ministers, Secretaries of Industry and Commerce and of Coordination. He has also worked in the National Commission for the Defense of Competition from 1999 to 2001. He is also founder and moderator of ForoCompetencia, vice-chair of the International Bar Association’s Antitrust Section.
