Kate Kelliher is an associate with White & Case in the competition law practice group in the London and Brussels offices. Her practice includes a wide range of competition law issues, with a particular focus on State aid, energy markets, and cross-border international merger control cases. She also advises on a wide range of abuse of dominance, cartel investigations, horizontal and vertical agreements and regulatory law issues. Prior to joining White & Case in 2017, Kate spent two years as a seconded national expert in the energy unit of DG Competition working as a State aid case handler, where she was involved in a number of complex energy cases.
