Leonard Treuren is a postdoctoral scholar in the IO group at the KU Leuven. He obtained his Ph.D degree from the University of Amsterdam in 2021, which was supervised by research fellows Sander Onderstal and Maarten Pieter Schinkel. He is primarily interested in the application of industrial organization to labor markets and competition policy. His recent work has focused on green antitrust, cross-subsidization between input markets, and the effect of auction format on bid-rigging practices in auctions.
