Audrey is a counsel at King and Wood Mallesons. Audrey has more than 8 years working experience in antitrust and competition law. She regularly advises clients on Chinese antitrust and competition matters and has represented multinational companies and Chinese companies in their merger filings at Chinese authority. She also provides advice on antitrust compliance for the clients’ business model, delivers antitrust trainings, and represents clients in dealing with antitrust investigations by the authorities. Her experiences cover industries including automobile, real estate, energy, financial service, diary, food, chemical and IT. Audrey is regularly spoken highly by the clients, and has been listed as the “Annual Best Lawyer” by King & Wood Mallesons for 2017 and 2019. She holds degrees from prestigious law schools in China, Hong Kong and U.K. and is PRC practice qualified.
