Luiz Felipe Rosa Ramos is a Partner at Advocacia José Del Chiaro. He is the co-head of the privacy and data protection area at Advocacia Jose Del Chiaro, having been trained by IAPP in data protection and privacy at Fieldfisher (London). He is also a partner in competition law, with large experience working with traditional industries and matters related to the digital economy. Luiz holds a PhD in law from the University of São Paulo, with a sandwich-doctorate at University of Bielefeld (Germany), a master’s degree in law from the University of São Paulo, with a research period at the University of Salento (Italy), and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of São Paulo. Luiz is a Fox International Alumni of Yale University. He co-authored Orlando Gomes (Elsevier, 2015) and is the author of Por Trás dos Casos Difíceis (Juruá, 2017).
