Dr. Marcel Nuys is a Partner at Herbert Smith Freehills in Duesseldorf, leading their German Competition practice. Dr. Nuys advises on all aspects of European and German antitrust law. His practice focuses on (complex) merger control proceedings, abuse of dominance proceedings, compliance advice, cartels and antitrust damage proceedings.
