Mark Suter is an Associate at Berger Montague’s Philadelphia office. He represents businesses, workers, consumers, and public entities in complex civil litigation, including class and collective actions, with a focus on antitrust, labor, and consumer protection matters. Mr. Suter graduated from Rutgers Law School with magna cum laude and Order of the Coif honors. While in law school, he served as Senior Editor of the Rutgers Law Review and represented children and families as part of the Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic. Mr. Suter received his B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from McGill University.
