Martin Dickson is an associate Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, based in London. He is an associate in the antitrust, competition and trade group, based in the London office. Martin Dickson advises clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including cartel and behavioural investigations, merger control and foreign investment, market investigations, competition appeals, and compliance and distribution strategies. He has experience of advising clients across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on the digital and consumer goods sectors. During his time at Freshfields, Martin Dickson has spent six months on secondment at the firm’s Washington, DC office in the antitrust, competition and trade team. Martin Dickson has also spent time assisting Freshfields’ innovation team with the development of legal tech solutions.
