Matthew Modell is a counsel in the Antitrust & Litigation practice of Shearman & Sterling in their Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on antitrust and other complex litigation at the trial level in federal and state courts throughout the country, including antitrust and trade regulation, including government investigations, criminal antitrust defense, and private and government antitrust litigation. Prior to being in private practice, Matt served as a law clerk to Judge Terrence W. Boyle of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
