Monica Zhang works at the firm’s Shanghai office. She works closely with the firm’s corporate, labor, policy, and transaction lawyers to support clients’ daily operations and investments, which relates to general corporate matters, regulatory and compliance, labor and employment, foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and data security. Prior to joining the firm, Monica served as an associate at a PRC leading law firm advising clients on their operations and investments in China, including but not limited to corporate regulatory, labor and employment, foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, as well as setting up private equity investment funds.
